The partnership will compliment TIW’s ALERE Accounting and Manufacturing software, with WorldView’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. |

| TIW, headquartered in Easton, PA, has provided accounting and manufacturing software across the United States, since 1983. WorldView will integrate their electronic document management solution with ALERE software, allowing clients to store, retrieve and manage documents securely without having separate platforms to manage. Additionally, WorldView’s solution will assist their clients with compliance and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley and ISO 9000. |
