| Boise, headquartered in Boise, Idaho is one of the largest U.S. wholesale distributors in the building materials industry. For Boise, tracking their accounts receivable invoices and delivery tickets was proving to be an enormous challenge. Two years prior, they had tried a lower-end, third-party application to help meet this challenge, but were unsatisfied with the results. Operating nationwide, with 29 distribution facilities, and marketing to a wide range of retail lumber dealers, home improvement centers and industrial accounts, Boise needed a robust solution that could manage their large volume of documents. | WorldView understood Boise’s challenges and worked with their executive staff, during an on-site, Pre-Partner Analysis, to determine the needs required by their existing IT infrastructure. Boise’s internal processes and document types were also analyzed in order to provide a complete Integration Analysis before determining the appropriate solution that best met their requirements. In the end, Boise incorporated WorldView’s in-house enterprise content management solution using OnBase® and Ascent Capture® to solve their accounts receivable and proof of delivery challenges. |

| As a part of the standard installation process, a WorldView IT Engineer went on site and worked closely with the Boise IT staff to oversee the installation and ensure the integration went smoothly. “The users have responded very positively to the robustness offered from OnBase®, Ascent Capture® and the WorldView in-house solution,” says Tom Hassenstab, WorldView President. “They appreciate the system’s ability to seamlessly integrate with their existing accounting software and the ease at which they can manage their now, electronic documents.” |

| With WorldView’s Document Management Services, Boise has the ability to transfer scanned documents from their branch locations to their corporate headquarters for more efficient and accurate processing. Boise is currently using OnBase® COLD to automatically capture and index their electronic accounts receivable files. They use the WorldView document imaging solution which combines OnBase® Document Imaging and Kofax Ascent Capture®, to scan, index and store their hard copy documents. They have also implemented the OnBase® DocPop functionality which allows their stored data files to be integrated with their accounting software package. This dramatically improves the speed at which they can retrieve their stored documents. |
