| The Database Lookup feature allows your electronic information to seamlessly link to any ODBC compliant database. This increases document indexing accuracy as pre-set indexes are automatically updated directly from your database with little or no manual procedure necessary. If multiple records in your ERP system relate to the same document being indexed, you can easily validate the record information by choosing the appropriate data that is relevant to your original document. Database Lookup can be used to automate indexing for most any data capture method and is commonly used with OCR Barcode Imaging. |
