With Database Lookup functionality from Kofax®, the data contained in your ERP system can be seamlessly linked to the documents stored in your WorldView document management system. Database Lookup automates the document indexing of your electronic data and delivers data retrieval capability to like information between associated documents.

Description:
The Database Lookup feature allows your electronic information to seamlessly link to any ODBC compliant database. This increases document indexing accuracy as pre-set indexes are automatically updated directly from your database with little or no manual procedure necessary. If multiple records in your ERP system relate to the same document being indexed, you can easily validate the record information by choosing the appropriate data that is relevant to your original document. Database Lookup can be used to automate indexing for most any data capture method and is commonly used with OCR Barcode Imaging.
