LaCrosse will utilize WorldView's Enterprise Content Management solution, including Version Control, Workflow, and E-Forms (Electronic Forms). |

| In addition to secure storage and retrieval of business related documents, the WorldView solution will allow LaCrosse to increase efficiencies by enabling users to electronically check-out, edit, and revise documents created in a variety of applications. WorldView's Version Control capability will benefit LaCrosse by allowing a seamless integration between common office applications and the WorldView content management solution. Multiple users who collaborate on centrally stored documents will find a revision control system via the check in/check out feature advantageous as it ensures that all contributions remain synchronized and revision comments are captured for future review. |

| LaCrosse will also use WorldView's E-Forms feature in conjunction with WorkFlow to automate various business processes. This system eliminates paper costs and greatly reduces the potential for errors, ultimately resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Using these systems will permit Lacrosse to control their internal policies and procedures more effectively and in one centralized repository. |
