| Integration Application Features Advanced Document Management Solutions to Help Companies Increase Office Productivity. |
| Omaha, NE – September 30, 2009 – WorldView Ltd., an Internet-based document management service provider, today announced the integration of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution with the NetSuite cloud computing business management suite. Built using NetSuite’s SuiteCloud development platform, the new solution can help NetSuite customers save time and costs of archiving and retrieving important documents by utilizing specialized features and functionalities. |
| The Worldview ECM solution will let companies archive and manage important information via special buttons built into the NetSuite user interface. This information includes critical business data held by NetSuite, such as customer data, accounting information, orders, website transactions, shipping records, time tracking, and payroll data. It also includes other types of documents – employee records, scanned accounts payable invoices, signed contracts, engineering documents, and e-mail archives. |
| For example, a customer service representative could retrieve and email a copy of a signed contract, as well as the original purchase order and other documents, to a customer immediately, while the customer is still on the phone. The result: savings in time and service costs. |
| Enhanced Features and Functionalities |
| The WorldView solution also offers 130 specialized modules for version control, document history, security, electronic signatures, and other functions. |
| “The integration between WorldView’s ECM solution and NetSuite extends added value to NetSuite customers by giving them a powerful method to manage their disaster recovery and quality initiatives,” said Tom Hassenstab, WorldView CEO. “And because NetSuite and the WorldView ECM solutions are based on SaaS architectures, these organizations can reap the benefits of SaaS offerings and focus on their core competencies, not content management.” |
| “No two other SaaS suite vendors offer a solution like this that integrates state-of-the-art document management with CRM and Accounting/ERP,” said Guido Haarmans, VP Developer Programs at NetSuite. “The WorldView solution shows how NetSuite partners can leverage our suite of business applications to increase our customers’ competitive advantage by optimizing business processes across companies.” |
