| Smeal’s accounts payable department modernized with the adoption of WorldView’s document imaging and COLD technologies |

| Omaha, Neb. – September 27, 2006 - Smeal Fire Apparatus Co., best known for manufacturing fire engines and water well service rigs, will modernized its back office processes with WorldView LTD’s hosted document management solution. |

| WorldView’s hosted document management solution will be implemented in accounts payable and will incorporate Document Imaging and COLD (computer output to laser disk) retrieval directly from Smeal’s in-house ERP system, Made2Manage. |

| “Integrating with Made2Manage will be an added benefit for Smeal,” said Tom Hassenstab, WorldView President. “Smeal was experiencing challenges managing their accounts payable information. Now, with the WorldView solution, indexing their electronic information from Made2Manage will be completely automated and they will be able to retrieve information by cross-referencing related electronic documentation stored in the WorldView repository. Additionally, by going paperless, Smeal will enjoy improved customer service and notice an increase in employee productivity.” |

| Like many other manufacturing companies, Smeal’s need for an electronic document management solution became a necessity in handling its extensive amounts of manufacturing documents. Soon, all vender invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, AP checks, and order forms will be cross-referenced, auditable, and instantly available from any company PC workstation with Internet access. |

| “Smeal manufactures more than 200 fire engines per year, which generates an enormous amount of paperwork,” said Scherer. “Not only were our computer servers becoming over tasked with our ERP system, we were also experiencing space constraints and document retrieval problems with our paper based system. The WorldView solution will streamline our back office processes, allow us to reclaim office space currently used to store filing cabinets, and reduce the amount of time associated with document handling and retrieval.” |
