| The knowledge contained in your business is your livelihood when it comes to
running your organization. Protecting that knowledge is paramount when choosing
an electronic document storage management solution. At WorldView, we understand
the importance of protecting your knowledge data and have developed our
electronic document storage management services to aid in disaster recovery
plans. WorldView’s Document Management Services is your “insurance policy” when
it comes to protecting your document assets. |
 |
| Document Storage with Peace of Mind |
| When it comes to document storage and disaster recovery, WorldView takes great
effort to give you peace of mind with its data redundancy procedures. With our
electronic document storage management service, we’ll store up to seven copies
of your documents in a given week. Beyond a week, we store four document copies
on multiple medias – all to ensure your document assets are available day and
night, every day of the year. |
 |
| Your documents remain available for your immediate retrieval for as long as you
desire. You can rest assured knowing that WorldView’s document storage
management solutions are safely and securely storing your documents. They will
be accessible to you in times of disaster, security breaches, or other
situations beyond your control. |
 |
| Client-Side Redundancy |
| Before sending your documents to the data center via our secure transfer
program, WorldView’s electronic document storage management service saves
copies of your COLD and Image files on your transfer PC. In the unlikely event
these files need to be resent, you have the capability to do so. |
 |
| The WorldView Data Center — an Online Document Storage Solution |
| WorldView’s online electronic document storage management solution has a proven
track record of data backup. Documents sent to the NaviSite data center are
archived on the file server prior to processing. For added protection, the file
server is then backed up nightly to tape. |
 |
| Once your documents have been processed by WorldView’s electronic document
management system, all documents are redundantly stored on two RAID-5 Network
Attached Storage (NAS) devices especially suited for immediate document
retrieval. This process duplicates and stores your data in multiple sectors of
the storage discs to effectively create four copies of your documents. In the
unlikely event that a disc would become damaged, your data stands a better
chance of being recovered since it is saved across multiple sectors. As a final
redundancy measure, daily-incremental and weekly-full backup, as well as,
offsite storage create a simple disaster recovery path in the event of complete
site or equipment failure. |
 |
| Document Archiving Services |
| In addition to offering immediate document retrieval access, WorldView also
provides CD/DVD archiving of your aged documents from your storage facility. |
