| Description: |
| Verity™ Collections allow you to perform your document text search significantly faster than you could with standard text searches, across a wide range of document and file types (i.e. COLD documents, OCR Images, Microsoft World, WordPerfect and Adobe PDF). Verity™ Collections are developed during the configuration process and contain copies of your stored documents in the WorldView system. These document copies are then “full text” indexed and the indexes, along with links to where the documents reside, are stored in Collections on your Verity™ server. Search methods like simple word searches, wildcard searches, combination text and keyword searches, fuzzy, proximity and soundex searches can be conducted against one or many Verity™ Collections. Hits from the searches are highlighted on the document and navigation between hits across multiple documents is accomplished with the click of a button. |
