Overview:
Managing your company’s business processes and working efficiently can determine your success in the market place. WorldView’s Workflow Management Software Product Module is a business process management system that allows your documents to be routed electronically, enabling users to process work more efficiently, faster, and more accurately than with traditional paper processing. WorldView’s Workflow Management Software Product Module streamlines collaboration and accelerates the completion of critical business procedures, from business process management system applications, to approving expense reports, to managing remittance processing.
Benefits:
WorldView’s Workflow document management software can benefit your organization by automating business processes and optimizing employee efforts to increase productivity, reduce errors and increase customer satisfaction. Companies in manufacturing, insurance, financial services, healthcare, distribution and many other industries can benefit from adopting Workflow departmentally or throughout their enterprise.
Description:
Using a configurable set of rules and actions, the WorldView Workflow Product Module allows for consistent document routing through a user-defined business process. Rules and actions work to ensure document distribution in a standard and controlled manner following business rules and practices. With Workflow, your organization can quickly deploy robust workflow solutions, streamline business processes, and create the opportunity for continuous improvement.
Documents are entered into Workflow in a variety of ways; E-Forms, input processors, document imaging, or manual import. Workflow can prompt users for input or automatically process documents based on information such as a keyword, the type of document, when the document arrived, the presence of a supporting document, or information from a line of business system. Occasionally there is still the need for documents to be processed manually, with employees handling only exceptions; in a conventional manner, where the processing requires heavy human intervention; or by some combination of the two.

The screen shots below show how rules and actions can be assigned to processes within Workflow.
In the bottom screen shot example, the user has the ability to approve the document and move it to the next queue or deny approval and then reroute it to a manager for quality control. All rules and actions are customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.
